The sinking of the Titanic was a tragedy, but how were the victims recovered? Local historian Ashlie Payton will discuss interesting, lesser-known facts about the procedures used in the monumental task of recovering the bodies of those who perished in the tragic sinking of the Titanic. There’s Something in the Water: Recovering Titanic’s Victims will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 28 in the library’s large meeting room. The program is recommended for adults and teens due to the subject matter.
