Learn how to make a dish named after a city

What’s in a name? You’ll find out this month when Cheryl Lyon presents you with a new recipe for Upper Sandusky Community Library’s popular What’s Cookin’ program.

Cheryl will be demonstrating a special dish that has been named after a city in this month’s video, which will premiere at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 26, 2021, on the Upper Sandusky Community Library’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. Past videos can be found under the What’s Cookin’ playlists on the library’s Facebook page or YouTube channel.

This year’s What’s Cookin’ schedule is as follows: April 26 (dishes named after a city in the U.S.), May 24 (tea party), June 28 (annual picnic), July 26 (no-bake dessert or a cool salad), August 23 (fresh produce dish), September 27 (Crockpot recipe), October 25 (pumpkin or apple dishes), November 15 (brunch), and December 13 (potluck, cookie contest, and gift exchange).
