The northwest chapter of the Alzheimer's Association will be presenting an educational Alzheimer's program at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 15 in Upper Sandusky Community Library's large meeting room.

To begin the evening, visitors will learn the difference between normal aging and Alzheimer's, and it's common warning signs. The presenters will discuss the importance of early detection and what to expect during the diagnostic process.

The second half of the evening will focus on the differences between Alzheimer's and dementia. Information will also be shared regarding the current research and treatments that are available to address the symptoms of Alzheimer's.

To attend, please register at the front desk or call the library at 419-294-1345.
